CASE STUDY

Enterprise Upskilling Platform

Challenge

Employees at a large enterprise struggled to identify skill gaps and find relevant learning opportunities for career advancement. Managers lacked visibility into team development needs and couldn't effectively assign targeted learning paths.

SOLUTION

Designed a comprehensive upskilling platform for desktop and tablet that provides personalized learning recommendations for employees and management oversight tools for supervisors.

What I Learned

Enterprise applications require careful balance between feature complexity and user simplicity. Early and frequent validation with real users is critical for complex workflow design.
