Enterprise Upskilling Platform

Challenge

Employees at a large enterprise struggled to identify skill gaps and find relevant learning opportunities for career advancement. Managers lacked visibility into team development needs and couldn't effectively assign targeted learning paths.

SOLUTION

Designed a comprehensive upskilling platform for desktop and tablet that provides personalized learning recommendations for employees and management oversight tools for supervisors.

Medical emergencies and ongoing healthcare needs often create overwhelming financial burdens for families. Existing fundraising platforms lack the specialized features and empathetic design needed for medical fundraising, leaving families struggling to effectively communicate their needs and connect with potential donors who want to help with healthcare costs.

The challenge was to design a user-friendly medical fundraising platform that would:
