Problem

Independent coaches juggle Notion, Calendly, Google Docs, and email — losing context between sessions and burning hours on admin.

What I built

A single workspace with client profiles, session timeline, program tracking, and an AI assistant that summarizes calls, drafts follow-ups, and suggests next-session prompts.
