Problem

A thrift shop was tracking inventory, consignors, and daily sales across 4 spreadsheets — slow, error-prone, and impossible to read at a glance.

What I built

A lightweight web dashboard with item intake, barcode-friendly lookup, daily sales totals, and per-consignor payout reports. Designed for non-technical staff.

Outcome / purpose

Replaced the spreadsheet stack. Staff close out the day in minutes instead of an hour, and the owner gets clean weekly numbers without asking.
