NEXT GEN LEADERSHIP
THE PROBLEM
What we discovered from our online feedback system was that the leaders wanted a better way to access important data about the business services department within the firm.
MY ROLE
In this project, I played a key role in the UX team, contributing 95% of the UX research and 5% of the UX design. I was responsible for recruiting users, conducting interviews, performing usability testing, compiling feedback, and helping to design functional prototypes.
USER RESEARCH
We proceeded with recruiting and testing. In order to recruit users, I used our department's Google Chat room to reach out to leaders and staff, inviting them to sign up for testing via a Google Sheet. The testing was completed within a week.

During testing, we sent users a link to the prototype and had them share their screen via Google Meet. We then asked them a series of quantitative and qualitative questions as they navigated the prototype.

Based on the feedback and patterns we received from users, we decided to move forward with version A.
WIREFRAMING
Given the limited requirements we had, we decided to create two versions of the prototype, A and B. Both versions incorporated improvements that we thought would benefit the persona of a leader, as well as the feedback we received from our online feedback system.
PROJECT LESSON
I learned to be adaptable and responsive in order to deliver results at a moment's notice.
