My journey began with a strong passion for creativity and problem-solving. After obtaining a degree in Web Design and Development, I joined a small printing company where I honed my skills in visual design and gained exposure to various design projects. This experience laid a solid foundation for my career.
Seeking new challenges, I transitioned to larger companies as a web designer. I accumulated real world experience with responsive web design, ecommerce, sales funnels and enterprise level marketing campaigns.
I wanted to dive into UX and immersed myself in user research methodologies and learned the importance of understanding users' needs and behaviors. I collaborated closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to translate research insights into intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
Driven by a thirst for continuous improvement, I pursued professional development opportunities. I completed online courses in interaction design and obtained certifications in UX design. These learning experiences expanded my knowledge and equipped me with cutting-edge design techniques.
With increased expertise, I progressed to a full time UX designer role at Price Waterhouse Coopers. This role allowed me to take on more complex projects and collaborate with sell rounded teams consisting of scrum masters, developers, designers and product managers. I led the UI strategy for a high-profile internal metrics platform, leveraging my expertise in information architecture and interaction design to optimize the user journey.
Now, with a wealth of experience under my belt, I am excited to embark on new ventures and continue pushing the boundaries of UX and digital design. I'm eager to bring my expertise, creativity, and passion for user-centered design to new collaborations and make a positive impact on the digital experiences of users worldwide.
